Before you write about an order

Put the order number in the subject line. It is in your confirmation email.

What we can help with

• Where an order is, or a spelling to check before it is printed.
• A bag that arrived damaged or with the wrong name. Send a photograph and we will replace it.
• Whether a long name fits, or which lettering suits it. Each bag's page shows the name on the bag as you type it.
